- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, Materials Science, or relevant field
- 10+ years in a comparable role
- 5+ years of experience working with non-volatile memory (EEPROM, Flash, OTP, e-Fuse, SRAM, ROM) is a must
- Have good understanding of NVM qualification requirements and standards
- 5+ years of customer interface experience is a plus
- Experience working with automotive OEM's is a plus
- Knowledge of device physics, semiconductor wafer fab and packaging
- Experience with JMP or other statistical tools for data analysis
- Knowledge of industry standards - JEDEC, AEC, AQG, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills, including the ability to challenge ideas in a healthy manner
- Willingness to travel (US domestic and international) <10%

The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Lead quality and reliability for new IP (memory and others) across analog, mixed signal and non-volatile memory-based products. Interface with business units, product engineering, Fab, packaging, manufacturing teams and customers to achieve these goals
- Coordinate with process integration and product development teams to define reliability requirements based on customer use conditions
- Perform data analysis and prepare customer friendly reports for communication
- Define and manage IP quality requirements within internal cross-functional teams
- Conduct risk assessments, reliability assessments and help drive failure analysis, RCCA post reliability stress to address failures (if any)
- Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to deploy thorough characterization routines to ensure successful qualification and customer ramp
- Multitask and manage several projects at a time
