Job Overview: We are seeking a Reliability Engineer Mechanical Fixed Equipment to join the maintenance and reliability team at a premium fibers and polymers manufacturing facility in Pensacola, FL. Lead the site's mechanical integrity program. Implement and manage PCMS inspection software. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure asset reliability. Support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities: Manage and implement PCMS inspection monitoring software for fixed equipment. Apply ASME and API codes in maintenance and capital projects. Develop and execute Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance (ITPM) plans. Use Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodology to prioritize schedules. Manage the relief device inspection and testing program. Create dashboards to monitor asset health for critical fixed equipment. Provide repair scopes using API 579 Fitness for Service assessments. Document inspection findings, recommendations, and funding needs. Work closely with reliability engineers, inspectors, and technicians. Report directly to the Reliability Manager. Required Qualifications: 35+ years of experience in reliability engineering within Chemical or Oil & Gas Refinery industries. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of ASME and API codes (ASME I, VIII, B31.1, B31.3; API 510, 570, 576, 653). Understanding of continuous operations in a PSM-covered chemical plant. Experience with PCMS or similar inspection monitoring software. Familiarity with relief device systems and mechanical integrity programs. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Certifications: API 510, 570, 581, and 653. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).M
