This role develops and analyzes maintenance and MI datasets, identifies key bad actors, and leads reliability action plans to eliminate losses. The engineer owns MI improvement initiatives, supports RCFA activities, and drives alignment between Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.Lead MI improvement and risk-reduction projects to prevent repeat failuresConduct equipment and MI data analysis (Pareto, trends, failure modes)Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and track action plan completionDevelop and maintain Reliability Action Plans (RAP) for key bad actorsSupport the implementation of asset management tools (CMMS, RBI, RCM)Ensure proper use of maintenance data to drive strategic decisionsPartner with Operations and Maintenance to meet AOP reliability targetsMaintain compliance with applicable codes and standards (API 510/570)Required:+5 years of experience in Reliability EngineeringVery knowledgeable with API 510 and API 570 codesExperience with zero-loss concepts, TPM, or continuous improvementPreferred:7+ years focused Reliability Engineering experienceExperience with RCM, RBI, or MI program developmentRotating equipment troubleshooting and failure analysisStrong understanding of mechanical integrity programs and inspection technologiesWorking knowledge of CMMS platforms (SAP)Ability to lead cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of risk-based approaches (RBI/RCM)Excellent communication skills (written reports, technical presentations)#J-18808-Ljbffr
