We are looking for 2 Senior Reliability Engineers to support manufacturing operations and reliability initiatives for CRM products, including pacemakers and leads.

This role will support CRM products, including pacemakers and leads, making experience in regulated manufacturing and reliability engineering highly valuable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of engineering experience in reliability, quality, manufacturing, product development, or related areas.
Strong experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.
Proven experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and manufacturing sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience
Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated industry experience.
Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and GMP.
Experience with Minitab, JMP, ReliaSoft, SPC, and Design for Reliability (DfR).
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities or global operations.
Supplier Quality and manufacturing validation experience.
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or equivalent certification.
