Standard Job Description

Reliability Engineer to to serve as the resident expert and person of contact for all things LM Buildings. Responsible for the successful transfer of over 30 years of MAXIMO data into LM Buildings. Execute all data transfer and tracking, asset management, process improvements, reliability efforts, and lead and produce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site. Troubleshhot processes and equipment, perform root cause analysis, and performance analysis of systems and processes. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans. Lead reliability centered maintenance (RCM)s programs to identify and mitigate potential failures. Analyze system performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost reductions. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel, including training and coaching on maintenance system best practices. Implement timely completion of requirments in compliance with company programs, objectivces, and budget parameters. Coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of system reliability. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting maintenace systems and processes. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge and working proficiency of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as MAXIMO or LM Buildings.
• Strong knowledge of automated production equipment, robotics, digital controls, and operating systems.
• Experience working with skilled trades (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Etc).
• Experience with reliability centered maintenance (RCM) maintenance strategies and performance analysis.

Desired Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Certification in maintenance, reliability, or engineering, such as CMRP, CRL, or PE, is preferred.
• Master''s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful maintenance strategies and RCM programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software. Maximo and LM Buildings are preferred.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and total productive maintenance (TPM).

Knowledge of condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance techniques.

Experience with IIOT technology devices or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)\data analytical software, such as Splunk, Grafana, or Tableau.

Experience with automated machines and equipment with both CNC and PLC controllers including: Multi-axis mills, Fanuc Robotics, and Custom Multi-Axis Drilling and Riveting Machines (Siemens and Allen Bradley experience preferred).

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
