CBRE is seeking a strategic and results-driven Reliability Engineering Program Lead to build and lead a global reliability engineering function for a high-profile technology client account. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reliability-centered maintenance strategies that enhance equipment performance, reduce operational risk, and drive measurable business outcomes across a complex, multi-site portfolio. **Key Areas of Responsibility:** + Develop, implement, and own strategies that will improve current maintenance practices and processes driving better equipment uptime, lower repair costs, and lower material inventory levels/costs + Leverage subject matter experts to develop reliability efforts through enhanced communication and best practice sharing + Develop, own, and deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability training to maintenance resources globally + Through analytical tools, work with the Facilities Engineering groups to identify equipment end of life (EOL) opportunities, required equipment and process upgrades and develop & manage long-term capital investment plans + Analyze equipment downtime data and develop & manage a warranty process that will drive uptime and lower costs + Own and regularly respond with subject matter expertise to maintenance/equipment related questions and facilitate strong communication with vendors as applicable + Work with CMMS group to leverage the value of our computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, optimizing planned/predictive maintenance, spare parts inventory/sharing, MRO management, and maintenance history of equipment + Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics/KPIs + Develop maintenance benchmarking data/KPIs in order to drive improvements across the client's global office portfolio **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field), Operations, Business Administration, or a related + field from an accredited university or 3+ years Client experience providing technical support to field maintenance teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience + 5+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupation of Reliability Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related discipline + Hands-on experience with data analytics programs related to reliability engineering (EG. building automation and analytics), use of CMMS, & preventive and predictive maintenance techniques + Familiarity of analytical techniques and ROI analysis to build complex business cases + Working knowledge of diverse vendor product offerings, including hardware and software + Experience working with others to implement new systems and drive initiatives in multiple sites + Experience using Google productivity suite **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and technical program management experience + Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt + Proven record of expert communication skills & experience in managing multiple projects at once CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Reliability Engineering Program Lead position is $125,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Reliability Engineering Program Lead position is $150,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
