What your future day will look like:
  • Reduce equipment downtime and boost productivity through reliability projects.
  • Strengthen predictive and preventive maintenance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, valves, actuators, and field instrumentation systems.
  • Monitor and support plant control and automation system repairs.
  • Participate in RCAs and compare failures against performance standards.
  • Develop procedures, set expectations, audit work, and implement corrections.
  • Collaborate on audits, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support electrical and control installations and related construction projects.
  • Provide technical help for complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
  • Ensure technicians have proper tools and materials.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years in a reliability engineering role
  • Experience implementing PM programs
  • Experience with root cause analysis for complex issues
