Job Title: Reliability Manager Reports To: Plant Manager Position Description: Develops and implements strategies to maximize equipment uptime, performance, and lifespan by minimizing failures, often focusing on critical assets in manufacturing or IT. Key duties include leading predictive/preventive maintenance, conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), analyzing failure data, managing reliability projects, training staff, and using tools like CMMS, RCM, Pd.M., and Six Sigma to drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
