Relief Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate, flexible people to join our team as a Relief Caregiver here at Community Interface Services! Starting pay range is $20-21 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases! Reliability is key, as you will be entrusted with the daily care of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills are vital for building trust and understanding the needs of those you support, ensuring their voices are heard. You must possess the ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate support, fostering a respectful and nurturing environment. What's your day like?As a Caregiver, your position will be elevating the quality of life for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You will work in the homes of the clients of our Supported Living program and tackling daily tasks to offer personalized one-on-one support. This may include in personal care, scheduling/ following up on doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, preparing meals, and getting out into the community through public transportation.
