As a Relief Counselor, you gain experience while playing a crucial role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges by helping them live independently and live beyond their perceived limitations.
Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
Review and complete all required documentation.
The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and populations served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for an additional hourly differential!
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
Pay Range:
$17.50
