We are looking for a Full Time Night Auditor to join the team at Christmas Mountain Village Resort. If you are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort, this is an outstanding opportunity for you.

What will I be doing?

  • Ensure that every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests.
  • Follows proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner, produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation
  • Reconciles all charges to the general ledger.
  • Prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system, including preparing system for next day of business.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

To fulfill this role optimally, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year Auditing experience is preferred.
  • 1 year of Front Desk experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel.
  • Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them.
  • Build confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without supervision.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including weekends as well as holidays.
