Pharmacist Role
This dynamic and exciting Pharmacist role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and is responsible for provision of Pharmacy Services at Loblaw Pharmacy locations across Southwestern Ontario.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients • Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients needs • Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations, public health days, clinics, etc. • Administer vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program • Point-of-Care testing, Prescription Modification and Advancement, Minor Ailments, etc. • Provide Pharmaceutical Professional Services such as Medication Reviews, Follow-Ups, and Minor Ailment prescribing • Provide timely and positive resolution to patients needs and doctors requests • Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy dispensary
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy • Licensed to Provide Patient Care in Ontario (OCP) • Drivers License with clean Drivers Abstract • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism • Excellent leadership and performance management skills required • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills, including the experience of formulating and executing action plans • Strong personal computing skills, as well as working knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy computer system

Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $44.00 - $60.60 per hour (Échelle salariale à lembouchure 44.00 - 60.60 4400 - 6060 per hour de lheure)
