St. Gerard Church is seeking a Part Time Religious Education Secretary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; daily office operations, answering phones, returning calls, photocopying, word processing, database upkeep, room scheduling, filing, record keeping, bulk mailings, and program correspondences. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years admin/secretarial experience in addition to good communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, database management and basic accounting procedures. Must be reliable, organized, self-starter and a practicing Catholic and able to work some weekends and evenings. Must be Virtus trained and a criminal background check is required. Wage is $15/hr. 16-26 hours per week.
