    Relocation Specialist for Seniors and FamiliesSan Diego CA - Part TimeJoin a locally owned company dedicated to delivering professional and courteous services to help seniors and families with relocation, downsizing, house cleanouts, online auctions, estate sales, and more!  Responsibilities
    • You will be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities
    • Move supplies and boxes within the client’s home
    • Move supplies and boxes within the client’s home
    •  Lift boxes, decor, and some furniture within the home and to new locations
    • Sort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or sale
    • Safely pack and unpack goods
    • Dispose of unwanted items for donation or removal
    • Deliver and ship items purchased through online auctions
    • Interact with clients, their families, and other coworkers
    • Perform various tasks as no two days are alike
    Skills 
    •  Excellent communication and listening skills 
    • Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with older adults 
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn
    Qualifications
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Access to a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management apps
    • Availability for part-time hours is essential, as no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours
    • Must be able to pass a background & drug test 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
