Remodel Crew Lead

SPAR Marketing Force is growing our retail remodel team! We are hiring experienced Crew Leads who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role. As part of the SPAR team, you'll travel to retail locations to lead remodels, resets, and new store launches inside major retail chains.

You Bring• Planogram and fixture installation expertise• Experience leading crews and coordinating projects (blueprint reading is a plus)• 3+ years of retail, merchandising, or related experience• Clear, confident communication skills-you'll work directly with clients and our internal team• Willingness to travel with flexibility across locations• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods• Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license• Familiarity with basic hand tools and confidence using them
