Remodel Laborer

Job Description

Boulder Creek Custom Homes LLC is a residential remodeler working primarily in the Sioux Falls area. We are currently looking to fill positions with people with interior and exterior carpentry skills. Experience is preferred with 3 plus years in the industry. We offer a good working environment with room to grow, competitive pay, year around work and health insurance reimbursement. PTO Looking to fill 2 positions. $20- $25/ HR DOE

Job Duties

1. Install siding, sofit & facia, windows.

2. Install cabinets, trim, woodflooring.

3. Construct decks, garage additions, 4 season rooms.

4. Do punch lists behind other subcontractor crews.

Job Requirements

Full time work, 40 to 50 hours a week, very little weekend work (2 to 3 times a year). Valid driver license, Clean record, ability to work with in a team, Ability to be build relations with clients and provide a positive experience for them and our team members.
