A local remodeling company is seeking a hands on, multi trade Remodel Specialist to assist with residential and light commercial renovation projects. This role is labor intensive construction work involving demo, prep, installation, and finish tasks across all phases of a remodel.
Perform general construction labor including demo, cleanup, and material handling
Install or assist with flooring (laminate, vinyl plank, tile)
Hang, tape, float, and repair sheetrock
Complete painting and surface prep
Perform finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, doors, and hardware
Assist with framing, minor carpentry, and punch out work
Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow direction from lead carpenters
Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support all phases of remodel projects from rough in to final touches
