REQUIREMENTS:Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License;General Liability Insurance;Worker's Comp Insurance;TASKS:Prep work areas for renovation;Structural work could include modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed;Installations could include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors;Finish work not limited to drywall, flooring, cabinetry, interior or exterior painting, trim or siding;Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
