About the Role:
Concept Renaissance Services LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Remodeling Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the remodeling and construction industry while working alongside skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead remodelers and tradespeople with residential and commercial renovation projects
• Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and staging tools and materials
• Support demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work as directed
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a bonus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
