Remodeling Production Manager

Nelson Builders is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of residential remodeling projects from initial planning through project completion. This is a leadership-driven field role — you'll manage crews, collaborate with subcontractors and trade partners, and direct the overall flow of each project, staying hands-on with carpentry work as required to keep things on schedule.

You'll handle the daily management of field operations: building schedules, holding the team accountable to quality expectations, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Strong leadership sits at the core of this role, backed by solid carpentry expertise and sharp on-site management skills.

$45+ hourly
