Joseph Ketner Construction (JKC) is looking for a highly organized and motivated Remodeling Project Coordinator to help manage residential exterior remodeling projects and grow into a future Project Manager role. 

You do not need a construction background to succeed in this position. We are looking for someone with strong coordination skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized. 

If you have experience managing events, hospitality operations, properties, logistics, customer relationships, or any role where organization and follow-through are critical, you may be a great fit. 

We can teach construction. What matters most is your ability to communicate, solve problems, stay organized, and take ownership. 

What You'll Do 

You'll work closely with our team to keep remodeling projects organized, on schedule, and well communicated. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Coordinate schedules between homeowners, carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams 
• Ensure the right people, information, and materials are in place at the right time 
• Communicate proactively with homeowners about project updates and next steps 
• Follow up on open items and ensure commitments are completed 
• Help identify potential issues before they become problems 
• Support scheduling, material coordination, and jobsite communication 
• Maintain accurate project information, notes, and documentation in company software
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, carpenters, and trade partners 
• Visit jobsites to learn project processes and recognize quality workmanship
• Help improve systems and processes to make projects run more efficiently 
• Learn how exterior remodeling projects are built and how different trades work together

Compensation & Benefits 

• Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience
