Job Description

Quality Control Services LLC is hiring Remote Accounting & Audit Specialists to support financial reporting, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, internal audits, and compliance activities. This is a fully remote position offering flexible work within a professional team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with internal and external audit procedures.
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and journal entries.
  • Maintain accounting documentation and audit trails.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage but not required.
  • 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office.
