The majority of your time will be managing accounts receivable, daily invoicing, payment reconciliation, and AR follow-up, alongside month-end close, AP, and payroll support using QuickBooks Online and Zoho CRM.You will work closely with leadership, our fractional CFO, and our controller firm while having the autonomy to manage your day-to-day responsibilities independently.This role calls for someone who can execute the daily work with precision and also think critically about whether we're doing it the right way.
