You are responsible for providing responsive, supportive, accurate, timely, and effective financial operations support.ResponsibilitiesDelivering Client Value.Drive client value through effective execution of our standard delivery model and alignment with our 6 C's framework.Implement best practices, streamline processes and adopt technology to maximize value for clients.Maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for client relationships.Foster strong relationships, provide consistent responsive support, anticipate and address client needs.Escalate unfamiliar requests or requirements and propose continuous value solutions.Collaborate with team members and the franchise network to optimize clients' financial operations solutions.Delivering Team Value.Learn and adopt the client delivery model, purpose, mission and 6 C's framework.Contribute to clients and team in line with the model and values.Demonstrate a growth mindset, seek and implement feedback, adapt approach based on guidance.Act as a member of the team and Client Delivery organization, sharing best practices and improving operations.Provide leader with insight into client relationship health and early risk indicators and recommend resolution paths.Partner with team leader to address and resolve issues in assigned client relationships.QualificationsBachelor's degree is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting.Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, processes and technologies.Passion for operational excellence, creative problem solving, exemplary teamwork, data‑driven mindset, growth mindset, and alignment with the 6 C's framework.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThe role is performed remotely from a home office.
