We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals based in the UK or Europe with strong analytical judgement, written communication skills, and experience reviewing professional documents and business content.
This role supports advanced AI training and evaluation work across a wide range of everyday professional materials. Selected contributors will review documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written outputs, compare AI-generated responses, identify quality issues, and provide structured feedback that helps improve how AI systems reason about and produce real-world work.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review & Evaluation
- Review professional documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials
- Evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, clarity, structure, and overall quality
- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and weak reasoning
- Assess whether each response appropriately fulfils the original task requirements
- Apply sound professional judgement across varied topics and content formats
AI Output Comparison
- Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses against defined evaluation criteria
- Determine which output provides the stronger overall response
- Assess differences in reasoning, organisation, presentation, and usability
- Identify subtle quality issues that may not be immediately obvious
- Apply consistent standards across large sets of evaluation tasks
Documents, Slides & Spreadsheets
- Review written documents for clarity, structure, formatting, and completeness
- Evaluate presentation slides for organisation, visual communication, and information quality
- Assess spreadsheets for logical structure, readability, and accurate presentation of information
- Identify formatting or presentation issues that reduce professional quality
- Work comfortably across common productivity and office-document formats
Written Feedback & Quality Assurance
- Provide clear, concise, and well-reasoned written feedback
- Explain evaluation decisions using structured criteria
- Flag gaps in reasoning, formatting, or task adherence
- Follow project guidelines and quality standards consistently
- Contribute to reliable evaluation data used to improve advanced AI systems
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong generalist professional background with confidence working across varied subject areas
- Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail
- Comfortable reviewing documents, slides, spreadsheets, and other professional materials
- Ability to evaluate quality, accuracy, clarity, and completeness independently
- Comfortable working with common productivity tools for documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Professional experience in operations, analysis, consulting, administration, research, finance, communications, or another document-intensive environment is advantageous
- Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required
- Must be based in the UK or Europe
Engagement Details
- Part-time independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote
- Flexible scheduling based on project requirements
- Compensation: $40–$60/hour
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
