Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing outside sales team
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and accountability
  • Manage and optimize lead generation strategies, vendors, and ROI
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve results
  • Oversee marketing strategy, budgeting, and execution
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and role-play training

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior sales and leadership experience
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing, and lead management
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Comfortable managing performance metrics, CRM systems, and reporting tools
