Remote Appointment Setter (Commission-Only)

About the Role

Space City Pipeline connects local businesses with qualified leads — we do the outreach, our partner businesses close the deal. We’re looking for a motivated, remote sales caller to help us reach new prospects and set up warm handoffs to our business partners.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

\n

\n

• Pick a niche you already have knowledge of or genuine interest in (e.g., home services, moving, cleaning, landscaping, pest control) — you’ll be calling leads specifically in that space

\n

\n

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists within your chosen niche

\n

\n

• Qualify interest and pass warm leads along to our partner businesses

\n

\n

• Log call outcomes and lead status in a shared tracking sheet

\n

\n

• Represent Space City Pipeline professionally on every call

\n

\n

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

\n

100% commission — you’re paid a percentage of each completed deal that closes from a lead you generate. No cap on earnings; the more you close, the more you make.

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

\n

\n

• Strong phone communication skills and a positive, persistent attitude

\n

\n

• Real interest or background knowledge in at least one local service industry — we want you to actually enjoy what you’re selling, not just read a script

\n

\n

• Comfortable with rejection and staying motivated through a high-volume calling role

\n

\n

• Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized

\n

\n

• Prior sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred but not required

\n

\n

• Reliable phone/internet setup for remote calling

\n

\n

\n

\n
