We are seeking a motivated and articulate Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by scheduling high-quality appointments and representing the Hitfigure brand with professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

* Proactively contact potential clients and leads via telephone and email to introduce them to the Hitfigure platform.
* Engage with consumers to understand their needs and clearly articulate the benefits of selling their vehicle through our network.
* Successfully schedule qualified appointments between vehicle sellers and our partnered dealerships.
* Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and appointment outcomes within our CRM system.
* Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
* Collaborate with the wider team to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.
* Uphold a high standard of customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a similar role, such as Appointment Setter, Telesales, or Inside Sales Representative.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
* A self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools.
* A genuine interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
