We're seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective customers and help fuel our agency's continued growth. You'll work with proven scripts, receive continuous coaching, and play a key role in creating opportunities for our sales team. This fully remote role offers performance bonuses, paid training, and a clear career path into a licensed insurance sales position.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls using agency-provided lead lists and internet inquiries
  • Build rapport and schedule qualified appointments for Licensed Sales Producers
  • Handle objections using proven agency scripts
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM
  • Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
  • Participate in coaching sessions, role-playing, and ongoing training

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
  • Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience is a bonus
