Award-winning, high-end custom residential design company has an opening for an Architectural 3D Modeler on a direct hire basis. Willing to consider candidates on a remote basis! Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!
Duties:
Using Rhino and Lumion, create detailed 3D models from sketches/drawings for custom, high-end homes
Support projects from early conception through final visualization
Create architectural renderings for presentations and client communication
Collaborate with architects and designers to shape materials, lighting, composition, and atmosphere
Participate in internal team meetings
Requirements:
Architecture degree or similar preferred (will consider Bachelors and Associates degrees)
4-10 years of professional experience
Strong 3D modeling and rendering experience
Residential/custom homes modeling experience a plus
Experience with Rhino 3D and Lumion
Salary: $65-85K
