Piper Companies is seeking a Remote Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising to support a high-performing creative team within the pharmaceutical advertising industry. The Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising will play a critical role in shaping campaign concepts, supporting new business initiatives, and delivering impactful creative across regulated healthcare brands. This is a remote short-term contract position with the opportunity of extension.
Responsibilities of the Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising:
- Drive development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and traditional channels including social, web, email, video, and print
- Partner closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through execution
- Contribute hands-on design work while guiding overall art direction and ensuring high-quality creative output
- Lead and present creative work internally and to stakeholders, clearly articulating strategic rationale and adapting based on feedback
- Support new business efforts by developing compelling pitch materials and scalable creative platforms for future brand opportunities
Qualifications of the Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising:
- Strong background within a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment, specifically working on pharma brands
- Demonstrated ACD-level conceptual thinking with the ability to develop, lead, and sell strategic campaign ideas
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on creative execution experience
- Deep understanding of regulated pharma environments including MLR processes, fair balance, and compliance requirements
- Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation, concept development, and creative workflows with strong judgment around brand safety
Compensation for the Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising includes:
- Salary range: $80-$90 Hourly
