We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an early-career Associate Recruiter with strong interest in sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, stakeholder communication, and remote recruiting to support hiring within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The role is well suited to a recent graduate looking to build hands-on recruiting experience across candidate sourcing, interview coordination, stakeholder support, pipeline management, and recruiting operations. The successful candidate will help maintain an active talent pipeline while contributing to a smooth and responsive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

Source and identify qualified candidates across a variety of roles

Use recruiting platforms, professional networks, and digital channels to build candidate pipelines

Conduct proactive outreach to prospective candidates

Support candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

Help identify new sourcing approaches for evolving hiring needs
Recruitment Pipeline Management

Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple requisitions

Track candidate progress accurately through each stage of the hiring process

Maintain organised recruiting records and candidate information

Monitor pipeline activity and flag delays or bottlenecks

Support timely movement of candidates through active hiring workflows
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Communicate scheduling details, updates, and next steps clearly

Gather and organise interview feedback from relevant stakeholders

Support efficient decision-making throughout the hiring process

Help maintain a professional and positive candidate experience
Stakeholder Communication & Recruiting Operations

Communicate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding hiring needs

Provide clear updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress

Support changing priorities across multiple open roles

Track recruiting metrics and assist with process reporting

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and operations
Employer Branding & Process Improvement

Support employer-branding and candidate-engagement initiatives

Help improve sourcing, communication, and recruiting processes

Contribute ideas for strengthening candidate outreach and pipeline quality

Assist with recruiting projects in a fast-moving startup environment

Apply a proactive and solution-oriented approach to day-to-day recruiting challenges
Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university, preferably completed within the past 1–2 years

Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sourcing and recruitment

Internship or previous experience in recruiting or Human Resources is advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation, multitasking, and prioritisation ability

Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities

Strong self-management skills in a remote and autonomous environment

Familiarity with recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and social media sourcing channels

Energetic, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate records and communications

Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments is beneficial
