Remote Bank Contracts Project Mgr duties:

Structure and negotiate vendor contracts that have strategic importance to the Bank.

Acts as trusted advisor to internal business partners and supports short and long-term road maps.

Maintains a strong knowledge of market trends in order to structure and negotiate a wide range of contract types such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing.

May lead internal, ad-hoc sourcing projects.

Manage business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, collaboration with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and contract price negotiations as well as other sourcing activities.

Leads projects for strategic Bank initiatives that may involve multiple vendors. Provides analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies. Supports project timeline and expectations through a variety of tasks that enable project success.

Manages enterprise vendor relationships including the establishment of ongoing requirements and action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping.
