AO Globe Life is hiring Client Protection Specialists to support individuals and families as they explore life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage.
This role is designed for ambitious professionals who want training, structure, flexibility, and the opportunity to create a strong income through a client-focused sales career. You do not need to generate your own leads—we provide warm opportunities so you can focus on serving clients.

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
