AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and looking for motivated professionals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and helping families make informed decisions.

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you’ll meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You’ll learn how to identify their needs, explain available options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Conduct consultations through Zoom
• Learn about each client’s needs and explain available benefit options
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Provide continued service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are self-motivated, organized, comfortable communicating with people, and able to manage your responsibilities independently in a remote environment.

Customer service, consulting, or other client-facing experience can be helpful, but it is not required.

• Must reside and perform work within the United States
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Comfortable learning Zoom and cloud-based systems
