Remote Third-Party Debt Collector – Arizona Only
$20–$22 Per Hour + Commission | Full-Time | Remote
Elite Recovery Group LLC is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Bilingual Third-Party Debt Collector to join our remote collections team.
IMPORTANT: This position is open to Arizona residents only. Applicants residing outside of Arizona will not be considered.
This is not an entry-level collections position. We are looking for a proven collector who can step into the role and begin working accounts with minimal training. Candidates must already understand third-party debt collection, outbound calling, settlement negotiation, objection handling, payment arrangements, and working toward monthly collection goals.

Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking required
- 1–5+ years of proven third-party debt collection experience
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
- Ability to overcome objections and secure payment commitments
- Experience independently managing accounts from initial contact through resolution
- Working knowledge of FDCPA and Regulation F
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly collection goals
- Experience with third-party collection software/CRM systems
- Experience with manual outbound dialing and consumer email communications
- Strong telephone and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Organized, dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Make approximately 100–150+ outbound collection calls per day
- Communicate professionally with consumers in English and Spanish
- Negotiate settlements, payment arrangements, and account resolutions
- Overcome objections and move conversations toward resolution
- Review accounts and determine appropriate collection strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely account notes, statuses, and follow-up activity
- Utilize approved email and text communication tools
- Consistently work toward individual monthly collection goals
- Maintain compliance with FDCPA, Regulation F, company policies, and applicable collection requirements
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
The right candidate is an experienced collector and strong closer who knows how to handle difficult financial conversations, negotiate settlements, establish realistic payment arrangements, and turn consumer contacts into successful resolutions.
You should be comfortable working independently and being held accountable for call volume, account activity, collection performance, and monthly goals.
