Requirements/Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and/or online communication
Assist customers with billing, invoices, payments, and account questions
Review account information and resolve discrepancies accurately
Process billing and customer information while maintaining confidentiality
Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support
Document customer interactions and update account records
Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and follow up when needed
Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
