Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget
- Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and dining
- Accurately manage bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Offer expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and current promotions
- Provide ongoing support throughout the entire travel process, from planning to return
- Stay up to date on industry trends, supplier offerings, and new opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (training provided)
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
