Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding their requests and preferences
Research available options using online systems
Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
Review reservation details for accuracy
Provide confirmations and important information
Assist with modifications and customer requests
Maintain organized client and reservation records
Follow up on outstanding details
Communicate with service providers when needed
Provide ongoing client support
Qualifications

Comfortable learning online booking systems
Ability to manage multiple requests

Previous booking or customer service experience is helpful but not required
