This is a hybrid role -perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of bookkeeping, HR, administration, and being a central hub for a small but impactful team.The company isa clean energy software company helping to manage renewable energy systems like solar, battery storage, EV charging, and more. Their mission-driven team is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and they havebeen delivering innovative energy solutions globally since 2002.What You'll Do:Bookkeeping Duties:Manage accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank and credit card statementsProcess invoices and vendor paymentsCollaborate with external CPA and payroll providersSupport payroll, tax filings, and compliancePrepare monthly reports, budgets, and forecastsMonitor cash flow and ensure accurate financial recordsOffice Management Duties:Oversee daily office operations and suppliesServe as point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitorsMaintain employee records, PTO tracking, and onboarding/offboardingCoordinate travel, meetings, and occasional company eventsAssist with HR and benefits coordinationProvide admin support to Sales and Marketing teamsWhat We're Looking For:Experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or similar dual roleProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking skillsSolid understanding of accounting principlesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesDegree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field (a plus)Bonus Points For:Experience in small business or startup environmentsFamiliarity with HR functions and CRM/project management toolsSchedule:Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote each weekIf you're someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment,this could be your next great role.Apply today and help support a company that's driving the future of clean energy.
