Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Remote Business Analyst to support business operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive organizational success. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, evaluate processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and process enhancements.
  • Assist in planning, testing, and deploying new systems, applications, and business initiatives.
  • Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business information.
  • Support change management initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify business risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for business processes, requirements, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel reporting is a plus.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
