Selected professionals will participate in structured one-on-one coaching conversations that reflect real-world career scenarios. The work involves career planning, job-search guidance, interview preparation, professional development, workplace challenges, and career transitions, with a strong emphasis on natural communication, active listening, and practical guidance. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities
Career Coaching & Professional Development
- Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals
- Simulate common coaching scenarios involving career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions
- Provide practical, thoughtful, and actionable guidance grounded in real-world coaching experience
- Help individuals explore career goals, opportunities, challenges, and next steps
- Maintain professional, constructive, and supportive coaching interactions
Career Planning & Job Search Guidance
- Support conversations involving career direction, role exploration, and professional decision-making
- Provide guidance on job-search strategies, interview preparation, and career-transition planning
- Help individuals think through workplace challenges and professional-development priorities
- Adapt recommendations to different industries, experience levels, and professional circumstances
- Apply sound judgement when discussing realistic career options and trade-offs
Communication & Coaching Techniques
- Demonstrate strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ask relevant questions that help clarify career goals, motivations, and concerns
- Adapt coaching style and communication based on individual needs and professional backgrounds
- Provide clear and constructive feedback in an engaging and professional manner
- Maintain natural conversational flow while keeping discussions focused and productive
Conversation Quality & Project Standards
- Follow project guidelines to ensure coaching conversations remain realistic and professionally representative
- Participate reliably in structured paired conversation sessions
- Apply consistent judgement and high communication standards across different coaching scenarios
- Help produce high-quality examples of authentic career-coaching interactions
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries throughout all conversations
Ideal Profile
- Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a closely related role
- Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counselling, mentoring, or professional development preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
- Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations
- Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions
- Strong interpersonal judgement and ability to adapt communication to different professional backgrounds and career goals
- Comfortable working remotely and participating in structured paired conversation sessions
- Strong professional communication skills and ability to follow detailed project guidelines
- No prior experience in AI research or model training is required
- Based in the United States
Engagement Details
- Part-time independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote within the United States
- Compensation: $50–$100/hour
- Work will involve one-on-one career coaching simulations, professional-development conversations, and career-guidance interactions

- Project scope, workload, timing, and duration may evolve depending on project requirements
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, individual, or other third party
