Remote Chat Support Representative

About the Role

Jabezco Industrial Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Representativeto provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and other digital communication channels. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working remotely.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about company services, products, and policies.

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Follow company procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

• Meet established performance and response time goals.

• Perform other customer support and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or a related role.

• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.

• Strong typing and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Employment Requirements

• Full-time remote position.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
