Tryfacta is seeking experienced Key Personnel for the DLA JETS 2.0 – Legacy AMPS Proposal. These are proposal-based, remote opportunities supporting a major Department of Defense (DoD) program.
We are seeking qualified professionals across eight specialized IT, cybersecurity, identity management, cloud, audit, SAP, business analysis, and project management positions.

Responsibilities:
Lead business and systems analysis activities supporting complex Federal and DoD enterprise applications. Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements. Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and process improvement activities. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and program leadership to translate operational requirements into functional and technical solutions. Support system modernization, integration, testing, implementation, and documentation activities.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong Federal/DoD Business Systems Analysis experience, PMP, CompTIA Security+ CE, enterprise systems experience, and required security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Lead cybersecurity Assessment & Authorization activities for DoD information systems. Support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, Authority to Operate (ATO) packages, security control assessments, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring. Develop and review SSPs, SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms, risk assessments, and other authorization documentation. Work with Authorizing Officials, ISSOs, ISSMs, system owners, and technical teams to maintain system authorization and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive DoD RMF and A&A experience, NIST SP 800-53 expertise, eMASS experience, STIG compliance knowledge, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CAP/CGRC, CASP+, or Security+ CE.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise Okta Identity and Access Management environments. Integrate enterprise applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Active Directory, LDAP, and APIs. Configure authentication policies, MFA, lifecycle management, user provisioning, Single Sign-On, and access controls. Troubleshoot complex authentication, connectivity, and user access issues. Develop IAM procedures, system documentation, automation scripts, and administrator training materials.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong hands-on Okta administration experience, enterprise IAM expertise, Federal/DoD experience, Okta certification, Security+ CE, and required security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud computing environments supporting Federal and DoD systems. Develop cloud architectures and migration strategies across AWS, Azure, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Support cloud security, IAM, networking, automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, disaster recovery, scalability, and performance optimization. Ensure cloud environments comply with DoD security requirements, NIST standards, FedRAMP, RMF, and applicable STIGs.
Required/Preferred Qualifications: Strong hands-on cloud architecture and engineering experience, Federal/DoD cloud experience, and CCSP certification required.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, configure, integrate, and support enterprise Oracle Identity Governance and Access Management solutions. Support Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Oracle Access Management (OAM) environments. Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, role-based access control, access certification, reconciliation, connectors, workflows, SSO, and authentication solutions. Troubleshoot complex identity integration and access management issues and support enterprise IAM modernization initiatives.
Required/Preferred Qualifications: Extensive hands-on OIG/OIM/OAM experience, relevant Oracle Identity Governance or Oracle Access Management certification, CompTIA Security+ CE, Federal/DoD IAM experience, and required security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Provide overall planning, direction, coordination, and management of task order activities. Manage project scope, schedule, staffing, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, schedules, staffing plans, transition plans, risk registers, status reports, and executive briefings. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, Contracting Officers, CORs, technical teams, subcontractors, and corporate leadership. Ensure task order requirements and deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive Federal/DoD task order or program management experience, PMP certification, strong contract management experience, and DLA/JETS experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead IT systems audits, cybersecurity compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations for Federal and DoD environments. Assess IT general controls, access controls, change management, configuration management, vulnerability management, system security, and operational processes. Develop audit plans, conduct control testing, document findings, evaluate remediation activities, and prepare reports for senior leadership and Government stakeholders. Support FISMA, NIST, RMF, FISCAM, and other Federal compliance and audit requirements.
Required/Preferred Qualifications: Strong Federal IT audit and compliance experience, cybersecurity risk assessment expertise, and CISA certification required.
Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, secure, and support enterprise SAP application environments. Perform SAP Security administration, user and role management, authorization management, access control, and security troubleshooting. Support SAP GRC processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, access risk management, emergency access management, and compliance reporting. Depending on experience, support SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, performance management, transports, upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and technical troubleshooting.
Required/Preferred Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and/or SAP Basis administration, large enterprise or Federal/DoD SAP experience, CompTIA Security+ CE, and required security clearance.

Candidates should have strong Federal and/or DoD experience, with direct DLA experience highly preferred. Applicants must meet the education, years of experience, technical skills, certification, and security clearance requirements applicable to their selected position.
Current DoD 8570/8140-compliant certifications are required where applicable. Position-specific certifications may include PMP, Security+ CE, CISSP, CGRC/CAP, CCSP, Okta, Oracle OIG/OAM, CISA, and SAP certifications.
