What You’ll Do

Meet with veterans and their families via scheduled Zoom consultations

Explain supplemental benefit options in a clear, respectful way

Guide clients through enrollment step-by-step

Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication

Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client questions

Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development sessions

Build strong, trust-based relationships with the families you serve
