Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Remote Client Benefits Associate to help clients review important insurance protection options. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families through warm leads, conduct virtual appointments, and provide helpful information about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance.

We provide the training, support, tools, and mentorship needed for motivated professionals to build a successful career from home.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

• Complete client-focused needs assessments

• Explain available coverage options and benefits

• Help clients understand products and services

• Follow up in a timely, professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
