We're looking for a motivated Remote Client Experience Specialist to help clients plan memorable vacations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves assisting clients through every step of the planning process, from selecting destinations to confirming reservations and providing ongoing support before, during, and after their trip.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning and recommendations
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
- Prepare customized proposals and itineraries
- Coordinate reservations with preferred suppliers
- Maintain detailed client communications
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supplier training
- Build a strong referral-based client network
