Primary Responsibilities

- Coordinate schedules and appointment-related tasks, aligning activities with Central Time (CT) as needed.
- Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and client outreach.
- Maintain accurate records and perform system updates to ensure data integrity.
- Provide a consistent, professional client experience across all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
