QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is articulate, patient, motivated, professional, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of professionals and executives throughout the United States and Canada.

 

Qualified candidates should have:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong diction, professionalism, and phone presence
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay focused, organized, and productive while working remotely
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfort spending most of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Desire to work hard, improve, and succeed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
  • Previous sales, client relations, customer service, recruiting, appointment setting, or enrollment experience preferred, but not required
  • Because you will be speaking with a diverse group of professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is essential.

 

Remote Work Requirements


To be eligible for this work-from-home position, candidates must have:

 

  • Laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS 10.13 or newer
  • Reliable high-speed broadband internet access, minimum 7 Mbps upload/download
  • No mobile hotspot or mobile-only internet connections
  • Wired USB headset with an over-the-mouth microphone
  • Quiet, dedicated home office or workspace
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible with the required systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Remote Client Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Contacting applicants who have already expressed interest in membership
  • Following up with prospective members by phone
  • Conducting brief qualifying interviews focused on each applicant’s professional
  • background, career history, and membership fit
  • Building rapport and creating strong one-to-one relationships with prospective members
  • Explaining membership programs, benefits, products, and service offerings in a clear and professional manner
  • Enrolling qualified applicants into paid membership programs using the organization’s proven process
  • Managing daily calls, follow-ups, and applicant conversations in an organized and timely manner
  • Providing excellent service to a professional clientele
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with members and prospective members
  • Learning about members’ recent achievements, business activity, and professional goals
    Spending the majority of the workday on the phone speaking with prospective clients
