As a Client Service Representative, you support clients by answering program questions, providing updates, and ensuring their concerns are addressed accurately and professionally. This role is customerservice‑focused, not sales or retention, and plays a critical part in creating a positive client experience.
This is a high‑volume customer service role, meaning:
Inbound‑focused client support with some outbound follow‑ups
Performance measured by service quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and documentation

Responsibilities of Client Services Representatives
• Handle high volumes of inbound client calls
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to provide updates and answer questions
• Respond to client concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Clearly explain debt settlement programs and processes
• Accurately document all client interactions in CRM systems
• Navigate multiple systems to locate and update client information
• Partner with internal departments to resolve client needs
• Meet performance expectations while maintaining excellent service
Qualifications & Training for Client Services Representatives
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic computer skills & Navigating CRMs & other IT platforms
• Reliable time & attendance history
• Financial services experience a plus
• Virtual training provided (2 weeks of online training with final assessment and 2 weeks of nesting/shadowing)

• $15/hour…PAID WEEKLY
